Naomi Campbell Lost Her Mind & Her Hair Went With It!

The supermodel's wig wafted in the breeze and revealed a huge bald patch during her fashion shoot for designer Dennis Basso in New York.

Hair loss associated with hair braiding, weaving and extensions is known as 'traction alopecia,' with Britney Spears, Paris Hilton, Victoria Beckham and Alexandra Burke all reported to have suffered similar symptoms as a result of their extensions.

During the Germany vs. Someothercountry (don't make me Google) at World Cup on Sunday, German manager Joachim Loew fingered his nose so good that it gave him a savory dingle for his tongue. The nose really is nature's gum ball machine.

BZZZZZZ: YouTube Gets A Vuvuzela Button (Seriously)

YouTube always has had a way with pranks. Some time in the last hour, the world’s largest video portal activated a new button on some videos that looks like a tiny soccer ball. Clicking it will activate an endless, incredibly annoying sound that sounds vaguely like a swarm of insects.

Or, for anyone who has been watching the World Cup, like the dreaded Vuvuzela — an instrument commonly played in South Africa at football (soccer) games. South Africa is, of course, the host country for this year’s World Cup, and fans watching the games have been subjected to the vuvuzela’s mindless drone for hours on end.

BBC reports on "World's Unluckiest Woman"

For the past ten years the BBC, possibly the most respected news source in the world, has been following the 'fortunes' of an otherwise ordinary person who has been dubbed by the press "The World's Unluckiest Woman".

In June 2003 the BBC announced that Dee had unwittingly become entangled in the infamous 'War of the IM networks', and Dee was quoted as saying "It's enough to drive you crazy" which any sane person can fully understand.
In September 2003 the BBC reported on the MSBlast worm, and how it had "hit some users hard".

Earlier this month Dee returned to the headlines with the recent launch of Microsoft's 'fix it' program.

There Aren't Any Jobs Because These Five People Work Everywhere:LOL

There's a funny post at the blog Fair Trade Photographer about cheap stock photography, particularly how companies who try to cut corners end up using the same image over and over. Barton has a serious message for companies, too: if you want us to trust you, maybe you shouldn't put a generic stock photo of generic office people on your generic website.

2-year-old's science project showed that Fast food ice was dirtier than toilet water

A 12-year-old Jasmine Roberts found tested the water from the ice machines at 5 fast food restaurants in South Florida and compared them to the water in the toilets in those same restaurants. 70% of the time, the ice water was dirtier than the toilet water. Some of the ice water even tested positive for E. coli bacteria.

How is that possible? Toilet water comes from sanitized city water. The ice, on the other hand, might come from ice machines that haven't been cleaned in a long time, and the employees at the restaurants might be scooping the ice with unwashed hands.

Willy Wonka Shoes | Candy Snack Whenever You Want

Who could have missed the re-make of “Willy Wonka & The Chocolate Factory” (New Title: “Charlie and the Chocolate Factory”) from 1972. In the re-make we see Johnny Depp doing an unforgettable interpretation of Willy Wonka that is sure to stay in our minds forever. The stylistic way Tim Burton directs both the characters and the visuals are just amazing and it goes hand in hand with his trademarked style.

There are several new and old “things” that have adapted the style of Willy Wonka since the movie came out. From bikes to candy and now also shoes. Designer Belma Arnautovic from Sarajevo has created a collection of playful and handy shoes also working as your personal candy holder.

Each pair has their own little unique candy feature and you are sure to always have a bit of candy with you on your way to wherever you are going. Each pair looking more delicious than the other. I can understand now why people have foot fetishes, but only if it’s because there is candy on top of a shoe. It certainly plays on that theme if you ask me.

Or as the designer says it : “A shoe collection branded Lolice is the graduation work of product designer Belma Arnautovic based in Sarajevo, on department for product design at the Academy of fine arts in Sarajevo. Inspired by candies and cakes, these conceptual shoes for girls are completely wearable. The idea behind the design lies in dreamland, that which is edible and reminds us of childhood.”
