how to tell if you have bad breath?

During Ramadan alot poeple fear the bad breath situation. if you are one of those people who might actually have bad breath or at least fear bad breath, here is a clip that will help you find out if you do.

Okay, now we’ve determined your breath completely stinks. How are you going to treat it? here is what you can do to save those around you =p

As with anything, what works for one person might not work for another, so I recommend experimenting until you find the method that works for you.

* some you can't do while ur fasting(duh)!

  1. Brush your teeth, floss, use mouthwash and visit the dentist (the #1 remedy)
  2. Use a tongue cleaner or tongue scraper (bad breath can come from a dirty tongue)
  3. Suck on cough drops or throat lozenges (even though you don’t have a cough)
  4. Drink hot tea, any flavor (specifically helps with garlic breath)
  5. Chew on a lemon rind (if you can stand it)
  6. Chew gum (breaks up the crud on the tongue)
  7. Drink lots of water (dry mouth can cause bad breath)
  8. Eat something coarse like raw carrots, celery or parsley (again, breaks up crud on the
  9. tongue)
  10. Use strong breath mints (duh) after ftoor!
  11. Stay away from stinky things: coffee, cigarettes, garlic, onions, etc…
  12. Gargle with hydrogen peroxide for 30 seconds. Peroxide is a very good odor neutralizer. (But don’t swallow it!)
  13. Rinse and swish with warm salt water

Wedding fire kills dozens in Kuwait

This is a huge tragedy and a very sad event .

My heart goes out to all the loved ones and families of the victims in the fire that took place in a wedding Kuwait.
Source : BBC NEWS Middle East
Forty-one women and children have died after a fire broke out in a tent at a wedding near Kuwait City.

Guests were trampled in the stampede towards the only exit, as the tent was razed in just three minutes, a fire department chief told AP news agency.

Six of the dead were children. Up to 60 women and children were also injured in the tragedy on Saturday evening in the al-Jahra area, west of the capital.

The cause of the blaze is unknown. It is not clear if the bride escaped.

Wedding celebrations in the conservative Gulf state are held separately for men and women. Children attend the women's party.

The Power of Happy Thoughts

I read this article about thinking happy thoughts, I believe it to be so true . if you want to be sad it would be really easy to become sad . If you want to be happy it is really easy to become happy, all you have to do is parctice and you will make it , as for me I will try the following :

1. Don’t allow anything to mess my mood
2. Don’t let things get to me
3. Don’t take things seriously
4. Don’t take everything so personal
5. Try not to feel regret
6. Let go
7. Live life , where life is too short!

this is the article :

Happy Thoughts And Their Power

The power of happy thoughts shouldn’t be underestimated. In an average day it is estimated that we have around 60,000 thoughts. It is known that happy people think more happy thoughts than unhappy people.

Happy thoughts connect us with the clarity, confidence and courage to act… to know what to do.
To travel down our own path rather than the same trail everyone else follows.

Jealous, angry and fearful thoughts take us away from our own path… our own purpose. They strip us of our power and ability to act effectively.

If we think happy thoughts… we create happy perceptions… which lead us to happy events. And so we create a exciting circle (where we become ever happier) as opposed to a vicious circle.

If we think fearful thoughts we become afraid and act defensively. This pushes away other people and other possibilities away from us. And so we become lonelier and more afraid.

The route to a happier life is through happy thoughts. Not just because they make you feel better immediately… but because happier thoughts give you a stronger and more stable foundation to your life. You are in control rather than being bounced around by life.
